ERSP's Peter Marinello spoke at the ERA's TV Council Committee yesterday and updated the group on what's been transpiring in the world of advertising claim substantiation. We've had a lot of interesting cases and issues come up last year and with the ever-changing platforms of television, mobile, and the web, we expect there to be some new developments in 2012.
